如何建立工作流程

全部在 AppPad 的設定裡完成，不需要別的工具。

打開「設定」 › 「工作流程」，選擇「新增工作流程」，或從「新增 Shell 工作流程」、「新增 AppleScript 工作流程」開始。

填寫「名稱」、「描述」和「關鍵字」。完整輸入關鍵字時，這個工作流程會排在第一位。

在「參數」裡選擇是否接收關鍵字後面的文字，以及依什麼類型解析：文字、時長、時間、數字、百分比或提醒事項。

在「步驟」裡用「加入步驟」加入步驟。第一步拿到參數，之後每一步拿到上一步的輸出：Shell 工序指令用 stdin 和 $APPPAD_INPUT，AppleScript 和 JavaScript 用 argv（on run argv、function run(argv)），HTTP 各欄位、捷徑輸入和「打開 URL」用 {{input}}。

在「宣告的權限」裡宣告它需要的檔案、網路存取、App、主機和密鑰；按「從步驟偵測」會依步驟自動填好。權杖放在「設定」 › 「工作流程」 › 「密鑰」裡，用 {{secret:NAME}} 引用。授予任何權限前 AppPad 都會先問你。

按 ⌘空白鍵，輸入關鍵字，按 ↩。

每個範例都是完整的工作流程。在 AppPad 中打開就能試用，也可以看 JSON 了解它是怎麼寫的。安裝前 AppPad 會先確認。

分享與匯入

「輸出⋯」把工作流程存成檔案分享，「匯入⋯」加入別人的工作流程。每個工作流程有唯一 ID；匯入 ID 相同且版本更高的工作流程會取代舊的。
